Due to the Perishable Nature of Our Products

All Marin Raw meals are made fresh, immediately frozen, and shipped or delivered under strict temperature control. Because of this, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges once products have left our facility.

If Something Arrives Damaged or Incorrect

If your order arrives thawed, damaged, or you received the wrong item:

  1. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product.

  3. We’ll promptly review the issue and arrange a replacement or store credit for any affected items.

Non-Perishable Items

For accessories, supplements, or other shelf-stable items, unopened products in original condition may be returned within 7 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or sent in error.
