What happened
Mars Petcare US is recalling two lots of Pedigree High Protein Chopped Chicken & Duck Flavor canned dog food because the cans may contain foreign material. The company says no other Pedigree or Mars Petcare products are affected.
Affected product
- Pedigree Can High Protein Chopped Chicken & Duck Flavor, 13.2 oz, Lot codes 613C3KKCFC and 613C1KKCFC (printed on the bottom of the can)
What to do
- Do not feed these lots. Contact Pedigree for a replacement.
- If your dog ate the food and shows choking, vomiting, or stomach discomfort, contact your veterinarian.
